BASICS OF PISTOL SHOOTING
The NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting course is a great way for you to learn the basics of pistol shooting from the NRA Certified Instructors at Lucerne Valley Lions Club.
This course will introduce you to the to the knowledge, skills and attitude necessary for owning and using a pistol safely. Through this course, you will learn about pistol parts and operation, ammunition, gun safety, pistol shooting fundamentals, and pistol shooting activities.

What you can expect to learn

Cost of the Program
The cost of this course is $100.00 plus a small processing fee. This fee includes the cost of classroom instruction and materials as well as instructions on the range and range use fees. LVLC members will receive a discounted rate.
Requirements
You must bring your own firearm (.22 caliber is recommended) and at least 100 rounds of ammunition. In addition, you must have hearing and eye protection out on the range. Hats/caps are recommended.
